This turbo kit is manufactured by FrankenTurbo. This is an UPGRADED stock framed turbo charger kit. This kit is specificially for the longitudal VW/Audi chassis. This will fit on your 1996.5-2006 1.8t Longtudinal VW/Audi.

Kit includes:
Ceramic coated hybrid turbocharger
Ceramic coated high-volume manifold
Custom turbo inlet pipe (3" MAF fitment) with clamps
Turbo-to-manifold studs with nuts

This turbo is a significant increase over a stock turbo or even a k04.

All transverse Frankenturbo testing has been done at our facility. We can are very impressed with this product and recommend it to anyone who doesn't want a big turbo kit, but wants more power than a k04-015.

We have seen in excess of 240whp and 260ft/lbs with this kit!

Also, to the untrained eye, you cannot tell that the car has anything more than a stock turbo kit.

With this kit you will only need an upgraded flash, 3" maf housing, and injectors. Your current stock or upgraded downpipe (upgraded recomended) will work as well as your oil and coolant lines. more info
