Ferrea SR20DET (turbo motor,  non turbo motor has 6mm valve stems, turbo has 7mm) Exhaust valves, These are  direct replacement valves but made of Ferrea's super alloy material that will withstand anything you can give them. They come in different valve diameters, choose them in the options.

Ferrea Valvetrain components are of the highest quality available. They have super alloy materials that are used in the exhaust valves of this kit. The competitions valves are made of inconel and rated to 1750deg egt, where Ferrea's super alloy is good for 2400!!!! That's a huge difference.
