Description
This OEM crankshaft out of the 1.8T engine is forged and is the only factory forged option for late model 1.8t motors. This motor will work in late model audi motors that came standard with cast crankshafts. This crankshaft will be modified for use in racing engines. Our racing modification includes extra bolts and a large dowel pin to eliminate loose or broken flywheel bolts inherent in vw motors due to harmonics. For this price you will get the crankshaft end modified, all of the hardware and if supplied to us, your flywheel drilled for the extra hardware. We recommend that you supply us with your flywheel to ensure it is done properly. It would be foolish to not do it that way.
