This complete turbo hardware kit from CTS Turbo is a great kit for someone looking to make in the 300-425whp range and not break the bank. The default turbo with this kit is a Garrett 50trim but can be swapped out for a different turbo.

This kit with the 50trim, an efficient intercooler, and Unitronic 630cc software running 16lbs of boost can be expected to make between 310-320whp! And with the addition of some IE drop in rods and 22psi, we have made 374whp!!

This turbo kit was designed to be a very simple, affordable, and compact kit for street car applications. Turbos utilized in this specific kit are Journal Bearing Precision Units and there are three choices available to cover many desired powerbands. These turbos are used widely among vw/audi turbo applications for customers desiring more power than a k04 or eliminator turbocharger with possibilities for stock like spool.

This kit is made for a MK4 FWD although it may fit other swap models more information to come in the near future**

Choose the T3S60 for stock like spool with 250-300whp on pump gas and 325whp on race gas/water meth max*
Choose the 50 trim .48a/r for up to 345whp on pump gas and high 3XXwhp on race gas/water meth max*
Choose the 50 trim .63a/r for up to 410whp on pump gas 465whp on race gas/water meth max*
Choose the 60-1 for 300-420whp on pump gas and 550whp on race gas/water meth max*

*These numbers are for modified engines on race gas (c16), in most cases you will NOT see these numbers on a stock head with stock cams. Power output is based on modified engines with rods to handle more power, upgraded intake manifold, upgraded intercooler, and cylinder head with valvetrain/upgraded cams.

Although these are not requirements, these modifications will allow for more power consistently.

This divided T4 dual wastegate side mounted tubular header is made of thick wall stainless steel. It is fabricated in house using the highest quality materials on a jig. All of our MK4 20v manifolds are designed and fit perfect every time because they are built inside of a clip we have in the shop.

This manifold is used on the shop race car and is currently the highest whp 4cly vw in the world. Not only did our design make 812whp and 511wtq on a quick tune, it has the same spool as the earlier setup utilizing a T67 throughout the entire powerband! Its no myth that properly divided manifolds make a huge difference in spool and transient response. These units are back purged and have helped produce the highest whp 20vs in the world.

FFE has a 0% failure rate on all of its manifolds, and for any of its fabricated parts. Not one part has cracked, broken or failed and we fabricate a large quantity of parts in various materials daily. Find another fabricator in the VW scene that can say that and have it be true. We repair and are forced to replicate other fabrication shops parts all the time because they don't stand up to the applications requiring replacement. You never have to worry about welded manifold failure again as it is a myth. If your manifold fails we will repair it or replace it for free if it is due to a craftmanship error.

We build manifolds around your specifics and turbo. There is generally a 2-4 week lead time on orders so they fit perfectly. Complete staged turbo kits are available as well!

This is for just the exhaust manifold. This does not include wastegates, dump tubes, turbo or anything else. This is for race cars only as it requred removal some cooling system components and modifications to the brake booster, lines and reservoir. All information can be attained if the customer is serious about purchasing.

This manifold is necessary for turbos larger than gt40r where cutting out the rain tray is not an option.
